The Ozzie Health Funds Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions

 

What it means:

We guarantee that you will not find a better price for the same policy.  

If you change health insurance providers via the Ozzie Health Funds Comparison Referral Service (CRS) and find that exact same policy cheaper somewhere else (including directly from the provider) within 30 days, show us the quote and we will give you a $500 gift card.

How to be eligible

  1. Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or above
    1. Purchase a health insurance policy through the Ozzie Health Funds CRS partner (not including any form of travel insurance)
    2. Hold that health insurance policy for at least  30 days
    3. Provide evidence of the identical policy from the same health insurer for a price that is less than the health insurance policy you purchased using the Ozzie Health Funds CRS within 30 days of your cover commencing

 

How to claim                                                                                                   

In order to claim the gift card  you must;

  1. Have met the requirements outlined in ‘How to be eligible’
    1. Notify us of your claim by sending us your details including name, email address and phone number, and provide documented proof of the cheaper health insurance policy quote identifying the price and a genuine offer for the identical fund and policy. You must also provide us details of the relevant policy description, policy terms and conditions, and the date of the cheaper quote, and
    2. Send this information via email to info@ozziehealthfunds.com.au 

 

What’s next

If we are reasonably satisfied, at our sole discretion, that you are eligible for this Price Match Guarantee and your cheaper quote if for the absolutely identical policy including all terms, inclusions, exclusions, excesses etc, we will send you an egift card valued at $500 within 30 days.  

 

Some ‘fine print’

Any egift card issued are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken as cash.

 

ny unused egift card balance will not be awarded as cash.

The egift card link must be activated within the required activation period (3 months). Once activated the egift card is valid for 3 years from the date of activation. You can exchange the value of this eGift Card for a choice of participating retailer gift cards available on Prezzee. Ozzie Health Funds and Prezzee will not be responsible for any egift card that has been misplaced, lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way and will not reissue egift card under any circumstance.

A maximum of one (1) claim is permitted per policy (ie. If multiple people are listed on a policy, only one gift card will be issued). 

 

Exclusions 

The following are excluded from this Price Match Guarantee 

  1. Any price that is not publicly available, such as corporate discounted rates, employee rates, friends & family rates, group discounted rates, etc
    1. Plans that are not offered in Australia
    2. Gifts, offers, promotions, rebates or incentives provided in conjunction with the policy;
    3. Waivers of waiting periods, or
    4. Loyalty points or other non-monetary benefits
    5. If we cannot verify that you used the Ozzie Health Funds CRS
    6. If you have not had your policy for at least 30 days
    7. If we cannot verify that the policy is identical to yours
    8. If you have breached these terms and conditions or acted dishonestly or fraudulently 

 

Ozzie Health Funds reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
